1. Hold stores accountable for delivering commercial results while ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Proactively plan effective store visits and ensure a comprehensive view of all business pillars.
3. Lead a store network with inclusivity and a growth mindset, recruiting, developing, and inspiring top retail and regional talent.
4. Communicate and embed the Louis Vuitton Americas business strategy across the store network, setting strategies and goals to exceed financial targets.
5. Identify, develop, and maintain client relationships with new and prospective clients.
6. Collaborate with the Regional Vice President and Store Managers to develop business plans that drive sales and create business opportunities.
7. Partner with local Client Relations teams to explore initiatives and strategies to leverage the local market.
8. Ensure annual performance reviews and succession planning are completed, resulting in productive experiences for employees and the business.
9. Drive a culture of monthly touch bases and encourage a 'coach in the moment' approach to feedback.
10. Work with the Retail Learning Team and HR to implement and support training initiatives across stores.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Salary range of USD $240,000 - $260,000 annually, plus potential bonus.
