1. Drive and elevate the store network presence and brand positioning by achieving sales targets and optimizing retail operations.
2. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with store leaders to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
3. Analyze competition, market trends, and local environments to develop strategies that maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
4. Develop and implement ambitious business plans in collaboration with the Regional Vice President and Store Managers.
5. Ensure consistent brand positioning in terms of image and presentation in the local market.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance and ensure stores receive relevant goals and effective coaching.
7. Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product assortment and availability.
8. Provide input for the region's budget and develop strategies to achieve financial targets.
9. Ensure the physical security of clients, employees, and company assets.
10. Streamline retail operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary range of USD $195,000 - $210,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
