1. Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability across Qatar, Kuwait, and Jordan.
2. Analyze market trends and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
3. Set objectives and performance indicators for store managers and retail teams.
4. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing store managers and retail teams.
5. Ensure exceptional client experiences consistent with Louis Vuitton's brand values.
6. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, client service, and inventory management.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments.
8. Negotiate lease agreements and manage landlord relationships.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. More than 10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong leadership and communication skills.
2. Excellent understanding of retail operations and client service.
3. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
