1. Coordinate and support ongoing Learning projects, including preparation of training content, materials, logistics, and facilitation of training sessions.
2. Collect, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative Learning data related to Key Performance Indicators from stores in the region.
3. Support regional teams and stores in managing Learning modules and tracking progress.
4. Develop privileged contacts with Retail Development correspondents in the region and globally, as well as with the store network and other departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Training.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business or engineering school, or pursuing an MBA (Master 1 or 2).
2. Demonstrates rigor, curiosity, and the ability to work independently.
3. Possesses strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. Proactive and able to offer innovative solutions.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English is essential.
3. Interest in Learning and Development within the luxury sector.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in business, engineering, or an MBA.
