1. Support the Retail Performance Manager in optimizing operational and commercial excellence across 25 stores in France and Monaco.
2. Analyze and present quantitative and qualitative data on store performance, including KPIs, customer feedback, and team performance.
3. Edit and distribute the weekly Retail Magazine.
4. Participate in retail projects, including store openings, pop-ups, and tool deployment for front and back-end operations.
5. Provide support to stores with ad-hoc requests, order management, and portal access creation for store directors.
6. Develop strong relationships with French store networks and collaborate with departments such as Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance.

1. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Previous experience in luxury or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
