Responsibilities
- Define and implement the clienteling strategy for the retail network to support business growth.
- Promote a client-centric culture and appointment setting within the store network.
- Empower client advisors to create authentic and personalized client journeys at scale.
- Position store clienteling activities as a continuity of the client experience.
- Collaborate with the client development team to identify effective strategies within the store network.
- Elevate onboarding strategies for newly recruited clients to generate repeat purchases and build loyalty.
- Identify early signals of client attrition and provide retention strategies.
- Assist client advisors in building a qualitative and diverse client book at scale.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree
- 10 years of experience in similar roles, ideally with retail experience
Skills
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBi
- Strong customer orientation
- Adaptability
- Enthusiasm for new IT tools
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 10 years in similar roles, ideally with retail experience.
