1. Define and implement the clienteling strategy for the retail network to support business growth.
2. Promote a client-centric culture and appointment setting within the store network.
3. Empower client advisors to create personalized client journeys and prioritize key clients.
4. Ensure clienteling activities are integrated into the daily routine of client advisors.
5. Collaborate with the client development team to identify effective strategies within the store network.
6. Enhance onboarding strategies to foster client loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
7. Identify early signs of client attrition and develop retention strategies.
8. Assist client advisors in building a diverse and qualitative client book.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the retail sector.
2. Fluency in English with a working knowledge of French.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBi.
2. Strong customer orientation and adaptability.
3. Enthusiasm for new IT tools and technologies.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in roles similar to Retail Clienteling, with a preference for those with retail experience.

Higher education degree required.
