- Assist in the development and launch of new features for the client portfolio management application.
- Conduct pre-production tests to ensure the functionality of new features.
- Communicate launch details and share documentation with regional contacts.
- Create and coordinate 'in-app' training content for sales associates, ensuring translation and regional adaptation.
- Support the development of the clienteling training plan in collaboration with the Retail Learning team.
- Analyze application usage data to identify user pain points and feature adoption.
- Provide recommendations for future developments and training based on data analysis.
- Participate in monthly meetings to discuss clienteling topics and share best practices.
- Disseminate guidelines, documents, and training tools related to clienteling culture and tools.
- Support the implementation of clienteling strategies in boutiques by creating tools, support materials, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the animation of the Retail network by sharing best practices and creating engagement content for sales advisors.
- Assist in managing clienteling tools, including user needs collection, functional testing, reporting, and documentation.
- Produce consolidated reports and analyses to aid strategic decision-making.
- Identify performance areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze customer data in collaboration with data/CRM teams to identify performance levers and propose targeted actions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking of best clienteling practices in the luxury and retail sectors.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferred.
- Strong interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Curiosity and agility in adapting to new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in implementing initiatives to enhance clienteling culture in stores.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Humble, discreet, and authentic personality.
Ideal for candidates with some initial experience in similar functions, though beginners are welcome.
Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
