1. Commercial education background with at least 15 years of experience in retail.
2. Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams in complex, international environments.

1. Strong commercial acumen and customer sensitivity.
2. Proficiency in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Leadership and change management abilities.
4. Fluency in both English and French.

A minimum of 10 years in retail, with substantial experience in team management and development within luxury environments.
