Louis Vuitton Retail Business Analyst

- Develop and maintain retail performance dashboards for various levels including Sales Advisor, Team Manager, Store, Region, Cluster, and Zone.
- Analyze sales, client experience, and clienteling performance, highlighting top and underperformers.
- Produce productivity reports and analyze key product category sales.
- Conduct in-store visit reports and track operational excellence KPIs, including stock and after-sales service metrics.
- Analyze retail team performance, contributing to post-launch commission tracking and stock team performance analysis.
- Conduct monthly EMEA Match to Traffic analysis.
- Measure the impact of retail training initiatives and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present analysis and findings to senior management.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail business analyst role or similar position.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
- Fluency in French and English.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant analytical role within the retail sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
