1. Bring to life the product vision defined with the Business Owner over a 6 to 18-month horizon.
2. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure the anticipated impact of the product.
3. Lead or implement actions necessary for product adoption in stores.
4. Identify new opportunities in collaboration with data and business teams.
5. Visit retail locations to support product deployment and identify areas for improvement.
6. Critically evaluate team rituals such as backlog reviews, retrospectives, and product presentations to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Regularly review the backlog with the Product Owner to ensure the value delivered in stores aligns with the overall product vision.
8. Actively promote Product Management principles and Agile methodology within the organization.
9. Coordinate with other Product Owners to synchronize roadmaps, manage dependencies, and uphold rigorous Product Management and Agile practices.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding professional environment.
2. Experience in retail, preferably with international exposure.
3. Previous roles as a Product Owner or Product Manager with strong proficiency in digital applications and product management methodologies.

1. Fluency in English and comfort in an international setting.
2. Proficiency in user-centered approaches, particularly Design Thinking methodology.
3. Competency in office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge of Power BI or Google Analytics is advantageous.
5. Strong customer orientation and commitment to creating products that meet field needs.

At least 5 years of experience in a high-demand professional setting, with a background in retail and international exposure preferred.
