1. Supervise the daily operations of Resolution Experts handling high-level client support.
2. Maximize business opportunities through effective floor management and creative problem-solving.
3. Provide feedback to the Resolution Manager on training opportunities and team performance.
4. Collaborate with the Resolution Manager and Executive Leadership on client service strategies.
5. Address and resolve complex client situations, ensuring adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
6. Support the Resolution Manager in coaching and identifying training needs for the team.
7. Partner with the Resolution Coordinator for audits and trend analysis impacting client experience.
8. Participate in call calibration sessions with the Resolution Manager.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
