1. Lead the implementation of Visual Merchandising strategies in alignment with Louis Vuitton's standards.
2. Ensure store zoning and product rotations are harmonious and commercially effective.
3. Coordinate and oversee window installations and displays in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
4. Maintain quality control of visual execution through regular store visits and analyses.
5. Act as a key contact for store teams, regional directors, and headquarters, providing regular qualitative feedback.
6. Collaborate closely with teams on commercial events to integrate visual elements.
7. Report insights and propose improvements to regional management and headquarters' Visual Merchandising teams.
8. Train and support store teams on Visual Merchandising best practices.
9. Participate in the development of visual leaders and regional teams to promote their advancement.
10. Manage and optimize the regional Visual Merchandising budget.

1. Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally in luxury or retail environments, with multi-unit or senior management experience.
2. Recognized expertise in implementing Visual Merchandising strategies and standards, including window installations and managing various product categories.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and unite teams.
2. Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment with a strong results orientation and acute sense of deadlines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
