- Train and support store teams on best practices in Visual Merchandising.
- Participate in the development of visual leaders and regional teams to foster their progression.
- Manage and optimize the budget allocated to Visual Merchandising for the region.
- Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the luxury or retail environment, with demonstrated multi-unit management or senior-level experience.
- Recognized expertise in implementing Visual Merchandising strategies and standards, including window installations and managing various product categories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and unite teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment with a strong results orientation and acute sense of deadlines.
