- Participate in the development of visual leaders and regional teams to foster their progression.
- Manage and optimize the budget allocated to Visual Merchandising for the region.
- Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the luxury or retail environment, with demonstrated multi-unit or senior-level management experience.
- Recognized expertise in implementing Visual Merchandising strategies and standards, including window installations and management of diverse product categories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and unite teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment with a strong results orientation and acute sense of deadlines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in the luxury or retail sector, with senior-level or multi-unit management experience.
