1. Lead the in-store visual merchandising strategy to elevate the retail environment and maintain luxury standards.
2. Drive consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
5. Collaborate with the store team on business events, new launches, and special events.
6. Train the team on visual merchandising topics.

1. Previous senior-level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management experience.
2. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
3. Experience with window installations and across different product categories.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to provide qualitative feedback to Regional and Corporate partners.
3. Agility and attention to detail.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in luxury.

Salary range of USD $120,000 - $125,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
