1. Lead the in-store visual merchandising strategy to elevate the retail environment and maintain luxury standards.
2. Drive consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with store teams to maximize business opportunities.
4. Oversee window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
5. Collaborate with store teams on business events, sales trends, new launches, and special events.
6. Train store teams on visual merchandising topics.

1. Previous experience in a senior-level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.
2. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
3. Experience with window installations and across different product categories.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to provide qualitative feedback to Regional and Corporate partners.
3. Proficiency in leading visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

A minimum of 5 years in a relevant visual merchandising role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Annual salary range of USD$130,000 - $150,000, with potential for bonuses.
