- Lead the consistency and quality of Visual Merchandising across all stores in the assigned region, adhering to Louis Vuitton's standards.
- Collaborate with the corporate visual team to gather and disseminate artistic direction to store visual managers and store managers.
- Ensure timely and consistent fulfillment of all Visual Merchandising needs.
- Coordinate and oversee window installations and displays as required.
- Monitor the quality of visual implementation through store visits and regular photo analysis.
- Engage in regular communication and collaboration with Store Managers and the Regional Vice President on Visual Merchandising matters.
- Train Visual Leaders and store teams in visual display techniques.
- Provide regular reports to the Regional Vice President and corporate Visual Merchandising team on the status of visual direction, areas for improvement, and recommendations.
- Manage and optimize Visual Merchandising budgets for the region, including in-store displays and installations.
- Assist with visual aspects of new store openings and special events, collaborating with RVPs, corporate departments, and Store Managers.
- Lead and support the region's visual team to ensure a consistent message and standard.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the visual team through regular meetings and succession planning.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership skills in interactions with the regional visual team, leadership, and the NY corporate office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of ten years of merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury retail environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with leadership capabilities.
- Deadline-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
