1. Lead the in-store visual merchandising strategy to elevate the environment and maintain luxury retail standards.
2. Drive consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
5. Collaborate with the store team on business events, sales trends, new launches, and special events.
6. Train the team on visual merchandising topics.

1. Senior level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management experience.
2. Experience in leading visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
3. Proficiency in window installations and experience across different product categories.

Minimum of 5 years in a senior or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Salary range of USD $120,000 - $125,000 annually, with bonus opportunities.
