Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

1. Lead the in-store visual merchandising strategy to elevate the environment and maintain luxury retail standards.
2. Drive consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising implementation across all product categories.
3. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
4. Ensure key products are selected and well displayed to maximize business opportunities.
5. Lead window product changes and installations, coordinating with corporate and local suppliers.
6. Collaborate with the store team on business events, sales trends, new launches, and special events.
7. Train the team on visual merchandising topics.

1. Previously held a senior level or multi-unit Visual Merchandising Management role.
2. Experience leading visual execution in a fast-paced, retail environment, preferably luxury.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Expert knowledge in implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
3. Experience with window installations and across different product categories.

Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising management.

Salary range of USD$120,000 - $125,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
