1. Manage and optimize zoning plans and monthly product rotations within assigned stores.
2. Conduct regular store visits to provide on-the-job training and guidance to in-store visual merchandising staff, ensuring consistent brand standards and visual excellence.
3. Maintain proactive daily communication with Store Managers to align visual merchandising strategies with business objectives.
4. Oversee and contribute to visual merchandising aspects of new store openings and renovations, collaborating closely with the Regional Team, Store Managers, and in-store visual merchandising teams.
5. Provide category-specific visual direction tailored for the Japan market, aligning with overall merchandising strategies to maximize sales and brand impact.
6. Manage the visual execution of new product launches within assigned categories, in close partnership with category merchandisers.
7. Lead or support the installation of impactful window displays, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
8. Support special events, pop-up installations, and visual presentations, including press events, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

1. Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
2. Proven experience in visual merchandising, with a preference for experience within the luxury retail industry.
3. Demonstrated artistic and creative abilities, with a strong attention to detail and a sophisticated aesthetic sensibility.

5. Proficiency in Japanese; fluency in Business English is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly preferred.
