1. Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all permanent and temporary positions within the Midwest & Mid Atlantic region.
2. Partner with business leaders to assess roles, build job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
3. Source, select, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and company culture.
4. Coordinate background checks, interview scheduling, and prepare compensation proposals.
5. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, both internal and external.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership, HR directors, hiring managers, and candidates.
7. Develop proactive pipeline strategies for future openings across all departments.
8. Coach and educate hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
9. Champion employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment and networking events.
10. Participate in talent acquisition projects and represent the brand in LVMH HR group meetings.

1. Strong strategic recruitment background, ideally with experience in high-volume and retail recruitment.
2. Ability to provide strategic consultative support to the business.
3. Operational and administrative recruitment skills.

3. Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle.
4. Ability to coach and educate hiring managers.

Minimum of 5 years in a strategic recruitment role, preferably within high-volume and retail environments.

USD $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
