- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all permanent and temporary positions within the Midwest & Mid Atlantic region.
- Partner with business leaders to assess roles, build job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source, select, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and company culture.
- Coordinate background checks, interview scheduling, and prepare compensation proposals.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, both internal and external.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership, HR directors, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Develop proactive pipeline strategies for future openings across all departments.
- Coach and educate hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Champion employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment and networking events.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and represent the brand in LVMH HR group meetings.
- Strong strategic recruitment background, ideally with experience in high-volume and retail recruitment.
- Ability to provide strategic consultative support to the business.
- Operational and administrative recruitment skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle.
- Ability to coach and educate hiring managers.
Minimum of 5 years in a strategic recruitment role, preferably within high-volume and retail environments.
USD $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
