1. Assist in enhancing Omni-Channel efficiency and client order fulfillment.
2. Provide regular updates on pending client orders and availability.
3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for service improvement.
4. Participate in the development of tools and dashboards for performance monitoring.
5. Assist in optimizing inventory and reducing obsolescence through strategic sell-through programs.
6. Support reverse logistics and inventory management to minimize holding stock.
7. Develop systems for tracking return efficiency and communicate results to management.
8. Aid in monthly forecasting adjustments for permanent and seasonal products.

1. Analytical mindset with experience in operational processes.

4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. Familiarity with Power BI, programming skills (VBA, SQL), and SAP experience is advantageous.
