1. Assist in enhancing Omni-Channel efficiency and client order management to improve response times and order fulfillment.
2. Provide regular updates on pending client orders and establish a monitoring system for key performance indicators.
3. Participate in the development of tools and dashboards to monitor Omni-Channel performance.
4. Assist in optimizing inventory and reducing obsolescence through efficient sell-through programs.
5. Support the development of new tools for inventory management and propose improvements to existing processes.
6. Manage reverse logistics and assist in stock cleaning and distribution planning.
7. Support forecasting by assisting distribution planners in monthly adjustments for permanent and seasonal products.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship for six months from January to June 2026.

1. Analytical skills with experience in operational processes.
2. Organizational skills, meticulousness, and data orientation.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. Knowledge of Power BI, programming skills (VBA, SQL), and SAP experience is a plus.
6. Efficient presentation skills with the ability to present data analytically.

Beginner level experience in operational processes and data analysis.
