1. Assist in improving response time and fulfillment of client orders to enhance omni-channel efficiency.
2. Provide regular updates on pending client orders and establish a monitoring system for key performance indicators.
3. Participate in the development of tools and dashboards to monitor omni-channel performance.
4. Assist in building programs to optimize sell-through of seasonal products and propose rebalance actions.
5. Manage reverse logistics and assist in stock cleaning and transfer management.
6. Support distribution planners in monthly forecast adjustments for permanent and seasonal products.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from July to December 2025.
2. Analytical mindset with experience in operational processes.

1. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
2. Proficiency in Power BI and programming skills such as VBA and SQL.
3. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational and meticulous data-oriented skills.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Efficient presentation skills to convey data insights.

Beginner-level experience in supply chain or related fields.
