1. Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development program for retail stores.
2. Align learning initiatives with business objectives and evolving retail team needs.
3. Cultivate leadership skills in Store and Team Managers through consistent follow-up and on-the-job coaching.
4. Drive service excellence and elevate client experiences in the OC Metro/San Diego market.
5. Demonstrate floor management strategies and on-floor leadership.
6. Provide strategic onboarding and training to enhance service performance.
7. Coach and provide feedback at all levels to address performance opportunities promptly.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.
2. Proven track record in influencing and training team members.
3. Strong proficiency in organizing strategic onboarding and training programs.

Salary range of USD $115,000 - $130,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
