- Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development program for retail stores.
- Align learning initiatives with business objectives and evolving retail team needs.

- Drive service excellence and elevate client experiences in the OC Metro/San Diego market.
- Demonstrate floor management strategies and on-floor leadership.
- Provide strategic onboarding and training to enhance service performance.
- Coach and provide feedback at all levels to address performance opportunities promptly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business.
- Proven track record in influencing and training team members.
- Strong proficiency in organizing strategic onboarding and training programs.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong time management capabilities.
- Highly developed coaching and mentoring skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to drive behavioral change.
- Creativity and innovation in delivering excellence.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a fast-paced, client-centric, luxury business environment is required.
Salary range of USD $115,000 - $130,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
