- Monitor and enhance operational performance across store operations, including inventory management, team productivity, and stock organization.
- Utilize Ops On Demand to facilitate training activities, ensuring comprehensive operational knowledge for all team members.
- Analyze and optimize store stock productivity, scheduling, and team organization to enhance client experiences both front and back of house.
- Develop innovative strategies to minimize operational costs and risks.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, fostering an operational excellence mindset.
- Lead inventory accuracy and integrity initiatives, and ensure audit compliance with the Internal Control team.
- Oversee efficient product flow, including store openings, pop-ups, and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance for new openings and renovations.
- Drive the implementation of new tools and address store issues.
- Participate in retail-specific projects as required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and compliance.

The salary range for this position is USD $130,000 - $150,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
