1. Monitor and enhance operational performance across store operations, including inventory management, team productivity, and stock organization.
2. Utilize Ops On Demand to facilitate training activities, ensuring comprehensive operational knowledge for all team members.
3. Analyze and optimize store stock productivity, scheduling, and team organization to enhance client experiences both front and back of house.
4. Develop innovative strategies to minimize operational costs and risks.
5. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, fostering an operational excellence mindset.
6. Lead inventory accuracy and integrity initiatives, and ensure audit compliance with the Internal Control team.
7. Oversee efficient product flow, including store openings, pop-ups, and logistics coordination.
8. Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance for new openings and renovations.
9. Drive the implementation of new tools and address store issues.
10. Participate in retail-specific projects as required.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations management.

The salary range for this position is USD $130,000 - $150,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
