Louis Vuitton Regional Merchandising Director

- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating exceptional expertise in local business and ensuring seamless execution of merchandising strategies tailored to regional needs.
- Support overarching zone product priorities and launches, setting targets with RVP and store teams, and developing strategies to achieve objectives.
- Analyze sales at regional and store levels, ensuring targets by gender and category are consistently met.
- Proactively partner with stores and regional teams to address underperforming areas and identify opportunities.
- Lead product initiatives and key launches, coordinating cross-functional partners and monitoring progress.
- Report financial results and share qualitative feedback during and after project completion.
- Manage the calendar of product initiatives and launches, ensuring timely communication with the region.
- Provide market expertise and competitive feedback to the corporate merchandising team.
- Ensure consistent execution of product launches and initiatives across all stores.
- Improve business acumen in the region by sharing tools, training, and empowering teams.
- Host regular product trainings in partnership with the Learning team.
- Elevate supply chain opportunities regarding stock levels and event support.
- Collaborate with Finance on stock optimization and depreciation reduction.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and stores, driving merchandising priorities tailored to regional needs.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Brazil.
- BA or BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a range of stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to identify effective, resourceful, and simple solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on approach to task execution.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Brazil, with a proven track record in multi-category buying and business acumen.
BA or BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
