Louis Vuitton Regional Client Relations Manager

- Partner with regional teams to create, drive, and deliver sales targets across all high-end product categories, ensuring an elevated client experience at all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams on client retention and development strategies, while identifying and recruiting new high-potential prospects.
- Monitor business goals per high-end category and identify action plans with local RVP and store leadership to maximize business opportunities.
- Create occasions to engage top clients in boutiques and events to drive potential sales and increase brand loyalty.
- Develop a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients for the business.
- Strive to meet and exceed all regional and store high-end targets in collaboration with store, regional, and zone partners.
- Identify development and learning opportunities for the team and collaborate with the Retail Learning team to create impactful learning moments.
- Explore opportunities outside the business, in alternative sectors, to grow the store's network of VIP clients and identify best practices from the luxury industry.
- Provide recaps and follow-ups with management following market visits, ensuring timely and effective action on feedback.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client relations or a related field within the luxury industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative action plans.
- Proficiency in client retention and development strategies.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Minimum 10 years of experience in client relations or a related field within the luxury industry.
USD $120,000 - USD $150,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
