Louis Vuitton Regional Client Relations Manager

- Partner with regional teams to create, drive, and deliver sales targets across all high-end product categories, ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams on client retention and development strategies, while identifying and recruiting new high-potential prospects.
- Monitor progress of business goals per high-end category and identify action plans with local RVP and store leadership to maximize business opportunities.
- Create occasions to engage top clients through boutique events to drive potential sales and increase brand loyalty.
- Develop a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients for the business.
- Strive to meet and exceed all regional and store high-end targets in collaboration with store, regional, and zone partners.
- Identify development and learning opportunities for the team and work with the retail learning team to create impactful learning moments.
- Explore opportunities outside the business to grow the store's network of VIP clients and identify best practices from across the luxury industry.
- Provide recaps and follow-ups with management following market visits, ensuring timely and effective action on feedback.
- Maintain consistent in-store presence to ensure high-end mindset, product launches, and initiatives are prioritized and executed consistently.
- Organize metro kick-off, store meetings, and create/host briefs for high-end topics.
- Develop top VIP clients and provide private client services through in-person/virtual appointment-based selling, wardrobing, and experiences.
- Assist in creating personalized look books and support with client conversations.
- Develop relationships and communicate regularly with VIP clients as an ambassador for the brand.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client relations or a related field within the luxury industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in client relations or a related field within the luxury industry is required.
The position offers a salary range of USD $120,000 - USD $135,000 annually, with the opportunity for a bonus.
