Louis Vuitton Regional Client Relations Manager

- Develop and implement high-end strategies tailored for each store in the Philadelphia Metro Market.
- Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams to enhance client retention and recruit new high-potential prospects.
- Monitor business goals across high-end categories and devise action plans to maximize opportunities.
- Create events and occasions to engage top clients and drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients.
- Meet and exceed regional and store high-end targets in collaboration with partners.
- Identify and facilitate development opportunities for team members in partnership with the Retail Learning team.
- Explore opportunities outside the business to expand the network of VIC clients and adopt best practices from the luxury industry.
- Provide feedback and follow-up with management after market visits.
- Ensure consistent execution of high-end initiatives and product launches in stores.
- Organize and host meetings and briefings on high-end topics.
- Develop relationships with top VICs through personalized services and experiences.
- Proven track record in client relations within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Annual salary range of USD $120,000 - USD $150,000, with potential for bonuses.
