Louis Vuitton Regional Client Relations Manager

- Collaborate with regional teams to achieve sales targets across all high-end product categories while ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Work with Store Leaders and Client Relations & Development teams to enhance client retention and recruit new high-potential prospects.
- Monitor business goals for high-end categories and develop action plans with local RVP and store leadership to maximize opportunities.
- Create events and occasions to engage top clients and drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Develop a sustainable network of high-net-worth clients for the business.
- Exceed regional and store high-end targets through collaboration with store, regional, and zone partners.
- Identify and facilitate development and learning opportunities for the team, in partnership with the Retail Learning team.
- Explore opportunities outside the business to grow the store's network of VIP clients and adopt best practices from the luxury industry.
- Provide feedback and follow-up with management after market visits, ensuring timely and effective action.
- Proven track record in client relations and sales within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in developing and executing client engagement strategies.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in client relations or a related field within the luxury industry is required.
Salary range of USD $120,000 - USD $150,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
