Louis Vuitton Regional Client Relations Manager

- Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales targets across all high-end product categories, ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams on client retention and development strategies, identifying and recruiting new high-potential prospects.
- Monitor progress of business goals per high-end category and identify action plans with local RVP and store leadership to maximize opportunities.
- Create occasions to engage top clients in boutiques and events to drive sales and increase brand loyalty.
- Develop a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients.
- Strive to meet and exceed all regional and store high-end targets in collaboration with partners.
- Identify development and learning opportunities for the team, working with the Retail Learning team to create impactful learning moments.
- Explore opportunities outside the business to grow the store's network of VIP clients and identify best practices from the luxury industry.
- Provide recaps and follow-ups with management after market visits, ensuring timely and effective action on feedback.
- Maintain a consistent in-store presence to prioritize and execute high-end initiatives and product launches.
- Organize metro kick-off and store meetings, and host briefs on high-end topics.
- Develop relationships with top VIP clients, providing private client services through personalized appointments and experiences.
- Assist in creating personalized look books and support client conversations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client relations or a related field within the luxury industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales targets.
- Proficiency in developing and executing client retention strategies.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional and store teams.
A minimum of 10 years in client relations or a related field within the luxury industry is required.
The salary range is USD $120,000 - USD $150,000 annually, with potential for a bonus.
