1. Lead the development and implementation of client development tools in collaboration with the New York team.
2. Design and optimize client journeys within the database, integrating personalized and broad outreach strategies.
3. Identify and segment clients for recruitment into new product categories, developing targeted action plans.
4. Develop and manage regional clienteling initiatives to support sales growth and cross-selling.
5. Monitor and enhance Regional Client Development performance, ensuring region and store overperformance.
6. Analyze client data to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities, recommending actionable solutions.

1. Strong understanding of the retail landscape.
2. Proven ability to design and execute marketing and outreach campaigns.
3. Experience in developing and implementing client development tools.
4. Demonstrated success in driving client engagement.

1. Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
2. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the retail or luxury industry.
