1. Support the Business Planning Director in Capex planning and actual Capex reporting analysis.
2. Manage inventory control and monitor related operational expenses and financial KPIs.
3. Collaborate with market finance and functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic and business objectives.
4. Participate in the North Asia Budget and Forecasts process, focusing on financial budget and forecast construction.
5. Conduct product sell-through and inventory depreciation analysis.
6. Oversee store Capex, fixed asset amortization, and Capex per square meter analysis.
7. Manage IT and other Capex, as well as supply chain and logistics costs.
8. Lead detailed analysis to support zone business focus and identify cost rationalization opportunities.
9. Lead Capex plans, investment financial modeling, and in-depth cost analysis.
10. Conduct inventory analytical reviews and collaborate with Merch, Supply Chain planning, and local finance teams.
11. Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements to Central Finance.
12. Analyze and follow up on actual results versus budget/forecast.
13. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
2. Qualified accountant.

1. Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/SAP knowledge is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
4. Organized, agile, and detail-oriented.
5. Ability to work within a matrix organization structure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Team player with a passion for suggesting improvements to current systems and methodologies.

Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG with regional capacity. Experience in luxury and Big 4 audit is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
