Louis Vuitton Regional Business Planning and Control Manager

- Support the Business Planning Director in Capex planning and actual Capex reporting analysis.
- Manage inventory control and monitor related operational expenses and financial KPIs.
- Collaborate with market finance and functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic and business objectives.
- Participate in the North Asia Budget and Forecasts process, focusing on financial budget and forecast construction.
- Conduct product sell-through and inventory depreciation analysis.
- Oversee store Capex, fixed asset amortization, and Capex per square meter analysis.
- Manage IT and other Capex, as well as supply chain and logistics costs.
- Lead detailed analysis to support zone business focus and identify cost rationalization opportunities.
- Lead Capex plans, investment financial modeling, and in-depth cost analysis.
- Conduct inventory analytical reviews and collaborate with Merch, Supply Chain planning, and local finance teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements to Central Finance.
- Analyze and follow up on actual results versus budget/forecast.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Qualified accountant.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Organized, agile, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization structure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a passion for suggesting improvements to current systems and methodologies.
Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG with regional capacity. Experience in luxury and Big 4 audit is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
