1. Lead recruitment campaigns and processes for internships, apprenticeships, fixed-term, and permanent contracts.
2. Collaborate with managers to understand and define recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct pre-screening and in-person interviews.
3. Maintain reliable follow-up with managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
4. Participate in weekly staffing meetings at logistics sites.
5. Engage in collective recruitment sessions for temporary positions.
6. Sustain partnerships with temporary employment agencies and recruitment firms.
7. Communicate internally and anticipate open positions to promote internal mobility.
8. Oversee the integration of new employees, including administrative processes and onboarding.
9. Participate in employer branding events such as job fairs and student expos.
10. Contribute to successful partnerships with target educational institutions.
11. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, updating job descriptions and optimizing onboarding processes.
12. Support internal communication efforts.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR with a focus on recruitment.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Minimum of 3 years in HR roles related to recruitment, preferably within industrial, logistics, or supply chain settings.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
