1. Independently source and engage qualified candidates for various roles in a mega store recruitment project.
2. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to align hiring strategies with business needs.
4. Manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely placements within tight deadlines.
5. Coordinate interview schedules and hiring processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
6. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports to track progress against hiring targets.
7. Work under high-pressure conditions to meet aggressive hiring goals.

1. Proven recruitment experience of 3+ years, preferably in retail and/or search firm environments.

1. Strong sourcing skills with experience in identifying top talent through various channels.
2. Ability to manage high-volume hiring independently while ensuring quality and efficiency.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within retail or search firm environments.
