1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for leather goods artisans, including sourcing, pre-selection, logistics, interviews, and candidate feedback.
2. Manage spontaneous applications and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
3. Conduct recruitment for all interns and apprentices at the site, including needs assessment, campaign management, candidate selection, and contract management.
4. Animate the intern and apprentice community through kick-off events, newsletters, HR workshops, and coaching sessions.
5. Maintain administrative follow-up, conduct HR interviews, and liaise with managers for career tracking.
6. Identify talent for career development and manage company discovery internships, including administrative tasks, welcome processes, and program development.
7. Coordinate school and association partnerships, including contact management and event organization.
8. Participate in HR projects and collaborative team missions as needed.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/5)

A preliminary experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Training is required.
