Louis Vuitton Recruitment Assistant

- Provide comprehensive support for recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing documentation, data entry, and filing.
- Utilize recruitment systems such as SAP and manage data using Excel.
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple departments and liaise with applicants to ensure efficient processes.
- Support team operations by preparing for meetings, managing schedules, and procuring necessary supplies.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless information flow.
- Assist in planning and executing projects and events to support team objectives.
- No specific qualifications required, but relevant certifications will be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook for email communication and schedule management.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English being advantageous.
- Ability to adapt flexibly and communicate effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate with diverse groups.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Monthly salary ranges from ¥300,000 to ¥450,000, with an annual salary between ¥3,600,000 and ¥5,400,000.
