- Manage the entire recruitment process for leather goods artisans, including sourcing, pre-selection, logistics, interviews, and candidate responses.
- Handle spontaneous applications and oversee the integration of new hires through preparation and facilitation of onboarding sessions.
- Conduct recruitment for all interns and apprentices at the site, including needs assessment, campaign management, candidate selection, school liaison, contract management, and integration processes.
- Animate the intern and apprentice community through kick-offs, newsletters, HR workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Manage administrative follow-ups, HR interviews, and career tracking for interns and apprentices.
- Identify talent for career development and oversee company discovery internships, including administrative management, welcome, and program development.
- Facilitate school and association partnerships through contact management and event organization.
- Organize training sessions on health, safety, and integration topics, serving as the main contact for training organizations, handling logistics, administrative follow-up, and internal reporting.
- Participate in HR projects and collaborative team missions.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources.
- A keen interest in the industrial sector and a desire to develop HR expertise on the ground.
- Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy.
- Attention to detail and pragmatism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A preliminary experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Training is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
