1. Recruitment of all interns and apprentices, including needs assessment, overseeing recruitment campaigns, candidate selection, liaising with educational institutions, and managing contracts and onboarding processes.
2. Facilitation of the intern and apprentice community through kick-off events, newsletters, HR workshops, and coaching sessions.
3. Administrative management and HR follow-up interviews, maintaining communication with managers.
4. Identification of talent for career development tracking.
5. Coordination of company discovery internships, including administrative management, welcoming, and program development.
6. Management of educational and association partnerships, including contact and event organization.
7. Organization of training sessions on health, safety, and integration topics, including registration, logistics, and administrative follow-up.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources.

2. Autonomy and attention to detail.
3. Pragmatic approach and sound judgment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A preliminary experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Training is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
