1. Analyze and administer operational performance in the Client Service Center on a real-time basis.
2. Utilize workforce management systems to ensure optimum productivity and manage incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volume.
3. Contribute to achieving service level goals through efficient headcount management.
4. Work in a world-class Service Center environment, demonstrating responsibility and accountability.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to clients across the Americas.

1. Knowledge of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) technology.
2. Experience with forecasting/scheduling software, preferably Calabrio and Genesys.
3. Proficiency in spreadsheets with intermediate formula application.
4. Working knowledge of workforce management scheduling software.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
