1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) technology.
2. Experience with forecasting and scheduling software, preferably Calabrio and Genesys.
3. Intermediate skills in spreadsheet applications and database software.
4. Working knowledge of workforce management scheduling software.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in workforce management and operational performance analysis.
