1. Analyze and administer operational performance in the Client Service Center on a real-time basis.
2. Utilize workforce management systems to ensure optimum productivity and manage incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volume.
3. Contribute to achieving service level goals through efficient headcount management.
4. Ensure reliability and profitability of Client Services Center operations.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) technology.
2. Experience with forecasting and scheduling software, preferably Calabrio and Genesys.
3. Intermediate skills in spreadsheet applications and database software.
4. Working knowledge of workforce management scheduling software.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in workforce management and operational performance analysis.
