1. Assist the Real Estate Management Director in daily operations.
2. Monitor the real estate management of Parisian sites, including lease orders, charges, and other services.
3. Ensure vigilance over lease deadlines, renewals, indexations, and security deposits.
4. Present development projects to property owners and managers.
5. Maintain financial dashboards for rents, charges, and associated taxes.
6. Coordinate specific projects and services with internal teams and external providers.
7. Gather and manage information for contract renewals, terminations, and negotiations.

1. University student or business school attendee specializing in Real Estate Management or Finance.
2. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) with initial professional experience.

1. Teamwork and communication proficiency.
2. Organizational skills and numerical aptitude.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Beginner level experience in real estate management or a related field.
