1. Lead and develop the Quality Correspondents team, serving as the primary liaison for leather goods, accessories, and other product lines.
2. Recruit and enhance the competencies of team members through structured training and development plans.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within quality processes and operations.
4. Ensure safe collaboration and adherence to environmental guidelines.
5. Enhance workshop performance to elevate product quality delivered to clients.
6. Oversee audits and corrective actions within workshops.
7. Establish and manage quality standards for finished products and manufacturing processes.
8. Organize and validate new product controls within designated timelines.
9. Implement and refine product reception control strategies.
10. Ensure seamless integration of the quality team within the logistics environment of Central and European warehouses.
11. Collaborate with warehouse managers and logistics teams to optimize product flow and stock management.
12. Provide industrial quality expertise to logistics and supply chain teams as needed.

1. Successful managerial experience of at least 5 years in an industrial or logistics setting.
2. Experience in luxury product quality management.
3. Familiarity with Louis Vuitton products is advantageous.
