1. Explore the entire manufacturing chain focusing on material quality and action follow-up within the workshop.
2. Implement problem-solving tools to address recurring quality issues in processes or materials.
3. Communicate and formalize resolutions with stakeholders.
4. Participate in material quality control and manage specific projects with suppliers.
5. Engage with the Purchasing and Supply Chain departments to support quality initiatives.
6. Analyze material rejections and oversee continuous improvement actions within the workshop.
7. Monitor client repairs and ensure workshop performance.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

No prior experience required.
