1. Explore the entire manufacturing chain focusing on material quality and action follow-up within the workshop.
2. Implement problem-solving tools and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
3. Conduct material quality control and manage specific projects with suppliers.
4. Analyze material rejections and oversee continuous improvement actions within the workshop.
5. Monitor client repairs and ensure workshop performance.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
3. Experience with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
4. Curious and agile with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Environmentally conscious and committed to the brand's sustainability goals.
