2. Implement problem-solving tools and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
3. Participate in material quality control and project follow-up with suppliers.
4. Analyze material rejections and follow continuous improvement actions within the workshop.
5. Monitor customer repairs.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
2. Recommended practice of Excel and/or Power BI.
3. Curiosity and agility.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.
