1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current quality practices and tools.
2. Analyze findings to propose recommendations and develop an associated action plan.
3. Ensure the mastery of critical processes for metal components through problem-solving facilitation, audits, and action plan follow-up.
4. Identify continuous improvement actions to secure processes.
5. Digitize documents and implement training for teams.
6. Lead the KPI workshops on customer quality, including data collection, analysis, and communication.
7. Identify tools to enhance the reporting and consolidation of quality indicators.

1. Final year of a Master's degree program with a specialization in continuous improvement or production-oriented studies.

2. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
5. Comfortable with quantitative data analysis.

Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field.
