1. Measure customer feedback using the database and conduct specific analyses with PowerBI to identify issues and initiate improvement actions.
2. Enhance support documents for Quality Processes using Excel.
3. Facilitate weekly Quality alerts for clients.
4. Administer and expand the content of the quality SharePoint for manufacturing sites and competence centers.
5. Contribute to the development of 'Industry 4.0' IT solutions to digitize quality documents and processes, such as material or finished product controls, quality alerts management, and audits.
6. Participate in specific projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes or product quality in leather goods, including problem-solving actions and leading quality training sessions.
7. Collaborate with workshops to produce the monthly quality newsletter.
8. Conduct quality audits, analyze field issues, and provide tailored solutions.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI and Excel.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
