1. Collaborate with the Quality and Manufacturing teams to enhance quality initiatives within the workshops.
2. Participate in the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
3. Update and manage internal and client quality indicators.
4. Lead and animate cross-functional projects.
5. Coordinate internal quality activities.
6. Monitor and address quality issues, both internal and client-related.
7. Implement problem-solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.

1. Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business School, pursuing a degree at the Master's level (Bac+4/5) with a specialization in Production Management, Continuous Improvement, or Quality.
2. Recognized for methodical approach and strong analytical skills.
3. Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
4. Demonstrates autonomy, rigor, and initiative.

1. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methodologies.
2. Dynamic team player with a strong customer service orientation.
3. Familiarity with IT tools, particularly Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint, is advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a focus on Quality or Industrial Management.
