1. Measure customer feedback using the database and conduct specific analyses with PowerBI to identify issues and implement improvement actions.
2. Enhance quality process support documents using Excel.
3. Facilitate weekly customer quality alerts.
4. Manage the quality SharePoint and enhance its content for manufacturing sites and competence centers.
5. Contribute to the development of 'Industry 4.0' solutions to digitize quality documents and processes.
6. Participate in projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes and product quality, including problem-solving and quality training sessions.
7. Collaborate with workshops to create the monthly quality newsletter.
8. Conduct quality audits, analyze field issues, and propose suitable solutions.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
2. Student at Bac+4/+5 level.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Adaptability and effective time management.
4. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-taking.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing higher education (Bac+4/+5 level).
